GTC General Terms and Conditions

The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all registrations or bookings made via this online platform. By ticking the GTC box when making a registration/booking, you accept the general terms and conditions.

Registration/Booking

The registration/booking can only be made online. The registration/booking is binding. You will receive a registration confirmation by email.

About the organisation

The provider reserves the right to postpone dates or times, or to cancel the event in the event of insufficient registrations. The provider reserves the right to cancel parts of the event or to adjust the race times due to bad weather or snow conditions. 

In this case, you will be informed by email within a reasonable period of time.

Deregistrations

Cancellation on your part must be made in writing and the following fees will be charged:

• up to 30 days before the start of the event - 0% of the race fee, CHF 25.00 administration costs
• up to 7 days before the start of the event - 50% of the race fee
• 6 days or less before the start of the event - 100% of the race fee

The cancellation fees are waived if a substitute participant is found. In this case, only administration costs of CHF 25.00 will be charged.

Payment scheme

The participation fees are due immediately. Payment can be made online in the booking system.

Missed parts of an event

Missed parts will not be refunded.

Insurance

Insurance cover during the event is the responsibility of the participant. All liability is excluded for all events organised by the provider.
