GTC General Terms and Conditions

The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all registrations or bookings made via this online platform. By ticking the GTC box when making a registration/booking, you accept the general terms and conditions.

Registration/Booking
The registration/booking can only be made online. The registration/booking is binding. You will receive a registration confirmation by email.

About the Organisation
The organiser reserves the right to postpone dates or times, or to cancel the event in the case of insufficient registrations. The organiser also reserves the right to cancel parts of the event or adjust the schedule due to weather or safety conditions.
In such cases, you will be informed by email within a reasonable period of time.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing and the following fees will apply:

• Up to 30 days before the start of the event – 0% of the registration fee, EUR 25.00 administration fee
• Up to 7 days before the start of the event – 50% of the registration fee
• 6 days or less before the start of the event – 100% of the registration fee

The cancellation fees will be waived if a substitute participant is provided. In this case, only an administration fee of EUR 25.00 will be charged.

Payment Scheme
The participation fees are due immediately. Payment can be made online via the booking system. Bank transfer is accepted, provided it is free of charge for the organiser.

Missed Parts of the Event
Missed parts of the event will not be refunded.

Insurance
Participants are responsible for their own insurance coverage during the event. The organiser assumes no liability for any incidents or damages during the event.

Data Protection
By registering, you agree that the organiser may use your personal data (e.g. for start or result lists) for internal purposes. The organiser will not share your data with third parties.

Place of Jurisdiction
All legal relationships with the organiser are subject to the laws of the organiser’s domicile. The place of jurisdiction is the competent court at the organiser’s domicile.
